Come see student work and join the discussion on the role of sensors and data in understanding urban metabolisms. Sensing Cityscapes: Sensors, Cities, Policies/Basic Protocols for New Media is an interdisciplinary course that is part of the Global Urban Humanities Initiative  and is taught by Greg Niemeyer (Art Practice and the Berkeley Center for New Media) and Ronald Rael (Architecture). Reception follows the symposium at the Banatao Auditorium, Sutardja Dai Hall.
